Mike has over 40 years experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting and related industries.
Mike has held a number of different positions during 25 years at Bristol Myers, Bayer, and Endo including Salesperson, Marketing Manager, Sales Leader, Director of Operations for North America, National Sales Director and Vice President of Sales. Mike has won multiple awards including President’s Club and the Bayer Award of Excellence. He and his team were awarded finalist for the 2006 Selling Power Sales Excellence Award for Best Run Sales Organization.
In recent years, Mike became a Vice President at a consulting company and later founded PRISM Perform Consulting in 2013. His vision of PRISM was to create the first consulting organization to leverage the power of Influence and effective business practices to help clients increase their effectiveness in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership. Mike currently works with CEOs, VPs, Training, and Sales & Marketing teams to help them gain a competitive edge and improve their company performance with sustainable results.
Rob has over 38 years experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and related industries including over 25 years of experience in market access, trade & pricing where he held senior leadership positions. Rob built and led commercial market access and trade businesses for both large and small pharmaceutical companies and launched over 100 products in both pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. Rob held market access management positions at Novartis and was a senior leader in Market Access and Trade at Johnson & Johnson, Actavis, Glenmark and TherapeuticsMD.
Tim has over 40 years of experience in various aspects of industry including developing and managing products, company mergers and acquisitions, marketing, distribution, relationship management, and overseeing operations.Previously, Tim was the Chief Executive Office of Union Square Capital Partners, an organization he helped create, from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Nationwide Investment Management Group, a $60 billion mutual fund family. Prior to his 15-year employment at Nationwide, Tim served as Chief Executive Officer at two other firms: Aris Corporation of America and Chesapeake Financial Group.
Chuck has over 30 years of Senior level Human Resource roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Choice Hotels/Manor Care, Inc. and Vice President of HR for Walt Disney Imagineering.
Chuck has designed a unique selection prescreener that is the only multi-rating 360 that predicts high performance and high potential using a combination of Learning Agility and Emotional Intelligence. It is the only 360 to use a combination of validated Facets and Behavioral Competencies mapped to each of the Facets. He used this with Certified Nursing Assistants that reduced turnover in most nationwide Nursing Homes from 120% to 35%. Chuck used this prescreener to help study why CNA's stayed or left their jobs.

Joe has held eight different positions in Pharmaceutical companies during his thirty years in Cooper Laboratories, Berlex Laboratories Inc., Astra USA, Astro Pharmaceutics and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. His experience includes:
-Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Sales Operations
- Regional Sales Director and Area Sales Director
- National Sales Director Respiratory and Cardiovascular
- Executive Director of Sales Training and Leadership Development
Joe has experience with Pharmaceutical, Primary Care, Specialty, Diagnostic Imaging and Device companies and his accomplishments have been recognized with a number of awards for sales excellence and leadership performance. In 2009 Joe was selected as executive sponsor for the AstraZeneca active military employees and their families.
For three years, Joe was an Executive Account Director for a consulting firm and worked with a number of different companies in the area of sales training, managed care, marketing and leadership development. His primary focus is always to improve company and product performance in this dynamic marketplace.
Bruce has held ten different positions during his 34 years at Pfizer, Bayer, and DaVita RX. His experience includes:
- Sales Representative, Training Intern, and District Manager
- Manager of National Training, National Director Sales Operations, Business Area Operations Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Business Area Director
- National Director Sales and Marketing and VP sales
Bruce has experience with Pharmaceutical, Specially, Diagnostic, Biological, Managed Care, and Mail Order Pharmacy. Bruce has won multiple awards including three Presidents Club Awards, the Bayer Award of Excellence, a Quality Excellence Award, and the Market Driver Award.
In recent years, Bruce has been an independent consultant working with Sales teams, Sales Training, Sales and Marketing leaders to help their sales forces and products gain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry. He has used his expertise in a number of leadership development and sales messaging initiatives.
Anita has held various positions during her 21 years at Bayer, Sanofi-Aventis and AstraZeneca. Her experience includes:
Sales Representative, Hospital Representative, District Manager, and Specialty Sales Manager
National Sales Trainer, and Regional Director of Sales
Anita is an adept problem solver with a keen ability to analyze business and marketing opportunities. She has expertise in performance management, analyzing, and coaching representatives and managers to their full potential. She holds a Masters in Finance and is currently pursuing a Masters of Accounting.
