I am pleased to announce a significant expansion of PRISM Perform Consulting, LLC. We welcome the following new senior members of the PRISM team:
- Chuck Shields, Chief Knowledge Officer, is responsible for the development of our new Influence based state of the art diagnostic assessment tool to help our clients diagnose and develop actionable plans to unlock their full performance potential. Chuck has over 30 years of Senior level HR expertise, was former VP of HR at Walt Disney Imagineering, and is one of the founders of the Disney Institute.
- Tim Grugeon, Chief Strategy Officer, is responsible for expanding PRISM’s reach to new clients within the US and across the globe. Tim’s expertise in building and scaling organizations includes over 40 years of experience in various aspects of industry. He helped create and was the CEO of Union Square Capital Partners, and was COO at Nationwide Investment Management Group, a $60 billion mutual fund family.
- Rob Reid, Chief Client Strategy and Relations Officer, is leading the support for our clients using the new exclusive Influence based diagnostic tool as well as leadership, customer facing and other employee-based Influence training solutions. Rob has over 38 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech related industries. He was Head of Market Access at J&J and other leading organizations within healthcare.
